2. Nature of Analytics Estimates
The traffic figures, visitor numbers, country shares, and technology detections provided by TrafficReport.net represent scientific statistical estimates derived from anonymized sample panels, DNS lookups, and web crawlers. While computed with high rigor, they are provided on an "as-is" basis for benchmarking, research, and informational purposes.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to disrupt, overload, or execute unauthorized mass-scraping that impairs platform availability. Authorized automated programmatic access is strictly permitted through our official API tiers.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid Pro and Business subscriptions are billed recurringly through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your renewal at any time via your account portal. Subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TrafficReport.net or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from business decisions made based on platform intelligence data.
